Babington Academy is located in the Beaumont Leys area of Leicester, in the North West of the city.
Travelling by car
Directions from North:
Leave the M1 at Junction 22 and turn left towards Leicester on A50.
Follow signs until you join A46 (first exit off roundabout).
Take Anstey/Beaumont Leys turning and follow A5630 towards City Centre.
Take the 3rd turning left onto A563 Ring Road (going clockwise).
At the first island, take 3rd exit onto Strasbourg Drive.
Take the left tum at the mini roundabout and then you will approach the Academy in approx. 600m.
Directions from South:
Leave the M1 at Junction 21A onto A46 and follow for 3 miles until the 3rd Junction.
Take the Anstey / Beaumont Leys turning and follow A5630 towards City Centre.
Take the 3rd turning left onto A563 Ring Road (going clockwise).
At the first island, take 3rd exit onto Strasbourg Drive.
Take the left tum at the mini roundabout and then you will approach the Academy in approx. 600m.
The main Academy building (and disabled parking) is on the left side of the road, with the sports and the main car parks on the right side of the road.

Car Parking
We have over free 100 Parking spaces at Babington, although some areas are restricted. Visitors are asked to use the spaces on our sports facilities site the opposite side of the road to our main building.
Disabled Access
Disabled parking is available in front of the main Academy building and our buildings are wheelchair/pushchair friendly.
Travelling by coach or bus
Bus routes 26, 54, 54A, 74 & 154 go by or very near the Academy. Visit First Group or Centrebus for the latest bus routes, times and ticket price.
Travelling by bicycle
The Academy is easily accessible from Leicester City's local cycle network which runs to the north of the Academy, and we have space for 200 bikes in covered bicycle racks.
