Trips

Cultural capital is "the essential knowledge that pupils need to be educated citizens, introducing them to the best that has been thought and said and helping to engender an appreciation of human creativity and achievement" as outlined by OFSTED. 

At Babington Academy we believe that trips form part of developing students cultural capital by giving students the opportunity to learn outside of the classroom and experience the world.

Throughout each year group there are trips taking place at Babington. Some of the trips include Sports Day, France, Italy, athletics trips and much more. Information regarding trips will be shared with students during the school year as they arise. If you would like your child to take part in a trip, please could you ensure the link sent via Evolve for consent has been completed.
